Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £35. Orders under £35 are charged at £3.95.

Standard delivery: 3–5 working days. Express delivery (£5.95): 1–2 working days.

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.

International shipping

We currently ship to the UK and EU. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Returns

We want you to love your Veloire pieces. If you're not completely happy, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@veloire.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
